On June 28, 2013, the GLR Steering Committee approved the Campaign’s structure. The Baltimore Campaign’s Structure consists of five key components: steering committee, program director, project management team, work groups and the overall coalition. The overall coalition is composed of all members of the Campaign structure, in addition to other interested stakeholders. Coalition meetings take place four times a year. The purpose of these meetings is to inform the coalition of the progress of the Baltimore GLR Campaign, ensure all stakeholders are connected, and receive input.
